- Return a document that has not been filed in court.
- Ship a document we created or sourced for you from a third party.
Restrictions
- Maximum document(s) weight is 500 grams per package.
Length of Time in Our Custody
- Any document in our custody for more than six months requires an additional search fee of $50.00, which is not refundable.
- However, if we do not find it, we will refund the shipping portion of the service.
Shipping Regions
- Letter mail does not include tracking or insurance; it is not refundable if you do not receive it. It is not recommended for original documents of value.
- Western Region Xpresspost is for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
- National Xpresspost is for any region of Canada outside of the Western Region.
- USA Xpresspost is for the United States.
- International is for registered mail to all other destinations.
