We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. However, we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Therefore, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund you within 30 days of your original purchase.
A couple of minor points:
- For intangible items, refunds cannot be issued if you have sent the documents to us for filing in court
- Fees for services are not refundable after we have contracted with or paid fees to a third party, such as a process server, a translator, vital statistics, or the court
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed
